Guest guest Posted May 14, 2008 Report Share Posted May 14, 2008 Great theory! Have you ever head of serine proteases? They're a specific category of protease that has serine at it's binding point. Serine is a " Non-essential " amino acid because the body can make it out of glycine, however, if the folate cycle is stalled the body doesn't make serine!
