Amino Acids and protein digestion

Great theory! Have you ever head of serine proteases? They're a specific

category of protease that has serine at it's binding point. Serine is a

" Non-essential " amino acid because the body can make it out of glycine,

however, if the folate cycle is stalled the body doesn't make serine!

My protein digestion got much better once I got my folate cycle working

again. :)
