Marty,

Was it refrigerated? I was told to get lactobacillus from the

pharmacist's fridge to be sure it was " live " .

Yes, it was in the refrigerated section. I added 1 tblspoon to my ImuPlus.

(I think I discovered what gives yogurt its tang!) The flavor is sharp - I

may add it to my protein shakes since the lacto. can be taken after a meal

so I don't think it has to be on an empty stomach....

2 tbsp in my whey was a bit much for my taste. 1 tbsp was better.

Is there any Lactobacillus in kefir? Just what kind of probiotics are in it?

My dogs want to know... they love the stuff....
