Can't help what you believe.

I prefer walnuts, spinach and dark chocolate thank you :-))

Oh I was an expert before (didn't you notice?) - just not on anything I

didn't know about.

:-))

The one I read from Irene on this was it is great for others, but she is

allergic to it. Just put a message block on hers if you don't want to read them

or delete them. You'll miss some great information, but that is your loss.

willow bark

I am very fortunate and do not have to take pain relievers of any

kind. My husband hurt his back and it will become inflammed and

that causes him pain occasionally. He uses willow bark and swears

by it. I won't trade insults with you anymore since I am becoming

very bored. I will let you go ahead with your trying to dominate

the board for attention. Just feel a little bad that the people

with good information tend to not be heard from as much. The willow

bark could be very helpful for others with arthritis and so on. You

really do need to be a little more open minded and stop deciding

something isn't for you until you give it a fair try. Rooibos,

willow bark, etc. I know you are allergic, right?

If anyone has a trusted brand of willow bark or favorite supplier, I'd

appreciate the brand name, etc....

Thanks!
