Job opening: Counselors in Kolkata

Dear All,

Sanlaap is a non-profit orgnization working for the victims of trafficking and

child sexual abuse after their rescue by the police. The minor girls and also

children go through trauma and need counselling support during their stay in the

shelter homes run by Sanlaap.

We need two junior counselors who have studied psychology or have done a course

in counselling with two years experience in counselling. The salary will be Rs

8000/- for the right candidate. The shelter is in Narendrapur and one should be

ready to work for six days a week with two Saturdays off every month. Some of

the children and young women who live there are also HIV positive.
