Guest guest
I've just started using a homemade deodorant made out of coconut oil, baking soda and arrowroot (or cornstarch). Been using it for a couple of days in this hot Texas heat and so far it's working wonderful! I have the recipe up on my blog, but it's (If I remember right) 5 tbsp. coconut oil, 1/4 cup or more baking soad and 1/4 cup or more arrowroot/cornstarch. You mix it all together until it's the consistency of playdough and then apply it as needed. Surprisingly it seems to work really well! ========================= Godfrey Personal Blog - www.susangodfrey.blogspot.com Farm Blog - www.homesteadblogger.com/dhcfarm Ebooks - stores.lulu.com/susanscountrystore Digi Scrap - faithsisters.com/shop/index.php?main_page=index & manufacturers_id=17 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honorable, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. ~ Philippians 4:
