Guest guest
Hi Aidan, > Hi are the safety bars really that high that you can't do a full > squat? The only thing is they'd have to be kind of long so that I am on the box when I rest the weight down too, so I don't have to step up on it while I'm holding it. > Alternatively, overhead squats are great for your core, shoulders, and > put a bit more of the weight on to your quads. That sounds interesting, but I'm really much more interested in very basic stuff I can do with more weight right now. Chris

Whatever happened to old fashioned spotters? -- I will say that unless one is in some kind of daily, personal dynamic, be it marriage or monasticism, one will never truly see themselves. Like it or not in either of these situations there is inescapable feedback on one's character and choices...There is a built in reality gauge in living in an intimate vowed relationship that cannot be simulated otherwise. -Anonymous
