Guest guest
Hi everyone: I just got back from the N.D. It turns out that my 11 year old daughter is having high reactions to ALL dairy (which breaks my heart, because we consume all raw dairy), goat milk (don't know that she's ever had it), whey, casein, etc, chicken eggs, pineapple, and garlic and soybeans (which we don't eat unless its miso). The test showed moderate reaction to peanut butter and oranges. I am hoping there is someone out there who can give me some ideas so I don't have to reinvent the wheel. She has to go on rotation diet for the moderate reaction foods and obviously eliminate the high reaction foods for 3 months. I need some ideas fast, because a lot of the recipes I follow in NT cookbook has whey in them (ie soaking oatmeal, legumes, sauerkraut, etc) Any book recommendations? Thanks. I never wanted to be a short order cook for my family of 6, so now I guess I'll have to.
