I heard Sally Fallon say during a talk once that it needs to cool enough

that you COULD put your hand in it to remove the tea bags.

well, it was warm. it hadn't completely cooled. does it need to

completely cool?

i did add previous kombucha batch--didn't measure but it looked to be

about 1 cup.

I always let mine completely cool per the Kombucha 2000 instructions.
