swiss water decaf

The reason I asked you guys about coffee is because my chiro suggested

giving it up. She encouraged me to give up carbs and mainly

sugar(anything that raises my blood sugar) She said coffee raises

blood sugar and stresses the adrenals. I did give it up for 3

days(felt horrible) but I also gave up my sprouted breads, tortillas,

ice cream etc..I was ok by 4th day however, I missed my morning

routine. When husband and 2 boys are sleeping 5:30 am, I go downstairs

make coffee and read or go on computer. I fully enjoy this time. I

decided to go back to coffee using 1/2 regular(fair trade and organic)

and 1/2 swiss water decaf. I do not know much about decaf and effects

on adrenals. I might even go down to all decaf. Sometimes the little

things in life give such great enjoyment. My alone time and coffee is

it for me. Debbie
