Guest guest
Just a friendly reminder and heads up for the new folks: There are three subject tags we use. These should be placed in the subject line of the post, in capitals, and preferably at the beginning of the subject line. POLITICS This is a mandatory tag used for all political posts, regardless of how on-topic or off-topic they might seem. If the post is about the FDA, USDA, corn subsidies, raw milk legislation, presidential candidates, banning soy formula, whether a free market would stop genetic engineering, or whether a greater federal role in education could help wean people off vegetarianism, the post needs the POLITICS tag. RELIGION This is a mandatory tag used for all religious posts. OT This is a tag that is not used very often on the list, but this is for posts that are totally off-topic. Most political and religious threads either result from tangents from on-topic discussions or are themselves relatively on-topic and so don't require the OT tag. Off-topic discussion is not encouraged to be posted frequently but we have it from time to time. (Moderator)
