I know in NT it says to roast cashews in the oven because the enzymes

are already gone but can you roast them in a dehydrator at 150?

I grind them and use them for our flour so it is a real pain to have

to do it in the oven.

NT says that they will become slimy and develop a disagreeable taste if you dry

them out too

slowly. you could try a small amount in the dehydrator at 150 and see if they

turn out okay.
