Guest guest
Hi, -- You drink a lot of raw milk, which is loaded with lipase. When I first got started on NT, I had problems digesting fat, though it was some gall bladder pain. I took betaine HCL for a while, along with digestive enzymes including lipase, and that helped (of course that was before I started drinking raw milk). If it's constipation that is the issue, you might try bumping up your fish oil (krill oil?). E sometimes has problems like that because I don't have as much luck getting all the fat into the kids, so I give him some Carlson's fish oil and that usually helps him. Also, Vitamin C and magnesium help with constipation. Have you tried tracking your consumption in FitDay? I find that if I have 60-70% calories from fat, I have no issues with constipation. A week or two of tracking helped me develop a sixth sense.
