Guest guest
Charcoal is good, so is psyllium, whatever you have on hand. Then at least 2 hours later have some raw milk, kefir, or yogurt if not the others. Even kimchi or sauerkraut might help. Just my opinion. > > For the last couple of days I have had really bad digestion. I really > believe the culprit is sushi that I got at whole foods. I get food poisoning from time to time from raw oysters/mussels/fish and would like to know what works best for you. Clays like terramin and pascalite have definitely helped me in the past, but it can take 3 or 4 days for the clays to completely work for me. mike

Whenever I have had a problem with oysters, #2 does a bang up job. -- " How do they become one flesh? Guest guest
CHARCOAL Tablets work well and taking a probiotic will definitely help. Ginger tea might help too. > > > > For the last couple of days I have had really bad digestion. I really > > believe the culprit is sushi that I got at whole foods. Guest guest
I would recommend either or both : Natren probiotics (very potent, best probiotics in my opinion) or Lauricidin (anti fungal , bacterial, viral, etc). I take both everyday. Good luck. Debbie
