Guest guest
Cocoa butter is very saturated, so I'm wondering if that would be a fun source of saturated fat. Expensive, but the flavour is supposed to be wonderful. I get headaches from chocolate so I wonder if the pure fat would be okay. Would goat butter (I have some) be a better choice than butter made from cows milk in terms of the fatty acid profile? I'm trying to figure out a way to up my intake of both vitamin A and D and saturated fats. I seem to be allergic to eggs and I don't care for liver (I keep trying, but yuck). I realise that coconut oil is a good choice. I'm trying it again. In the past it made my skin flakey.
