RSRTC should issue discounted traveling Identity Cards to PLWHAs without disclosing their identities. 3. Drop In Center (DIC) at Bharatpur should be handed over to competent network 4. Ensure OIs availability at district level hospital all the time. 5. Counselors salary and RSACS supported project fund has to be released/paid on a timely manner 6. IEC materials for Care and Support required 7. Doctors responsible at the ART center should not call PLWHAs at the their residence and financially burden them. 8. Involvement of Network at all levels 9. To avail the facilities dissemination of information at the ground level. 10. Stone hearted functionaries towards PLWHAs sitting in the decision making chair should be dismissed 11.
