SOAKING QUINOA

My daughter is allergic to wheat but had been able to tolerate spelt,

until a few months ago. I am now looking for another type of flour to

use. I am going to try quinoa flour and was wondering if anyone has

used this flour. Did you soak in the buttermilk? How did it turn

out? The pancakes are a family fav. and want to still be able to make

them. Thanks in advance!
