Guest guest
I am looking for reliable studies on the effects of LOTS of eggs and cholesterol. I just did a quick Google search and most all of the web sites have studies done on 1 egg a day. My DH and I eat 2 to 3 dozen eggs a week. Weekdays 2 yolks in our kefir fruit smoothie. 5 yolks in our homemade raw cream ice cream. Scrambled or fried eggs on the weekend. Well, you get the point. Anyway I have a friend at work who is a bit of a skeptic and is asking for studies, double blind or whatever. He's not interested in simple research, or how many wonderful nutrients are in eggs or opinions. He wants hard evidence on the true effects of eggs and cholesterol. I know that many folks on this list besides myself consume lots of eggs. And many have to justify their egg consumption to family members and friends. It would be very helpful to have facts from multiple studies to show them. Thanks, Rhonda
