Natto and mold allergies

I'd like to ask you (and anyone) a question. I have horrible mold

allergies so I've been afraid to try things like Natto and Miso or to

try any supplements made from them. Is it safe for me or should I stay

away from those? Is there anyway to know other than to try it and risk

anaphylaxis? I'm already doing both kinds of kefir, KT and lots of

different cultured vegetables. Thanks for any advice.

I wouldn't try it unless you're willing to take the risk, and have

whatever medication you'd need on hand, personally. I think if you

can handle kefir, you're likely to be fine with it, especially since

the main fermenter is a bacterium and not a fungus, but I wouldn't

want to recommend you do it without being careful.
