Hi,

As a strict natural hygienist I cannot recommend any herbs/spices, as they

are all considered natures toxins/poisons. From my native hygiene perspective a

very small % of fresh eatable herbs mixed into a meal say 1% of the total meal

to add color & taste to a well balanced 80-10-10 would be safe, assuming it was

food grade & not therapeutic medicinal.

At a lecture by Dr Walter J. Urban last nite, I met a gentleman from the

area named ph. Check out his site for your herbal needs amazonherbs.com

Dr Urban lives & practices in Costa Rica. ph promote the Hopi

prophecies & saving the rain forests.

i am guessing that the majority on this list would never dream of eating that

many carbohydrates! in fact, many strive for just the opposite: 80% FATS
