while I don't agree with everything in this article, this part is

interesting:

The human body has its own preferences, by the way. Experts proved

that our body requires and assimilates the following substances as

construction materials:

Egg white – 100%

Soured milk – 90%

Fresh milk – 83%

Beef – 76%

Cottage cheese – 75%

Compare this data with that concerning vegetable protein:

Wheat bread – 52%

what is being proven grain to animal? What about fish, nuts, algae/seaweed,

seeds, insects, & legumes, fungus, mold, yeast...?

Dr. Sharon Moalem in Survival of the Sickest made the same point that

humans need all the animal protein derived amino acids and enzymes

created from for all the processes to healthy human offspring.

He added it's believed that the quantity of animal protein a woman's

mother ate may be more or just as important because females are born

with eggs.
