Question for those of you that make PB or other nut butters with your

vita-mix...

is there any concern about the heat that gets generated while grinding

the nuts into " butter? "

Obviously a temperature under 150 would be fine, since the dehydrating

process is this high.

I just do not know how much heat is generated when grinding.
