Guest guest
Good you were able to take care of that! For awhile now, I've gone from one almost-extreme to the other, with BM's. Most of the time, I had to take *at least* the recommended dose of fiber, but then sometimes I didn't need any. Then I started drinking kombucha tea every day, and since then, I have not needed one speck of extra fiber. It was a little loose at first, but within a few days, and ever since (more than a month now, I think), everything is smooth-movin'. Especially after all the " grainy " stuff for the first few days, I'm still thinking maybe my gallbladder is in better shape since starting the KT. I'm sold on it. And I love that it's almost free to make!
