Guest guest
I bought some garlic at our farmer's market yesterday and I'm not sure exactly how to use it best. It's not exactly what one would call " green garlic " because it's too mature (the bulb is fully grown). It's essentially whole, undried garlic bulbs with stalks attached. Any ideas or recipes? I could probably just use it like dried garlic, but don't want to take chances quite yet -- it was rather expensive, for garlic. Thanks! Guest guest
I would suggest ou put it in olive oil and it will flavor the oil and it is good to cook with. You can dip bread into it. You can also bake some roasted potatoes with squash and beets and maybe some yams. You can add some Italian Spices in a seperate bottle and make a dressing.
