Guest guest
Good Morning! My Decembers are...well, where DO they go?? (I am a toy-seller.) So here, in February, I am FINALLY getting to go back and read my emails from December! I was reading that it is good for us to know what our ancestors would have eaten, and to take that in to account in our diet. Am I correct? My surname (maiden) was Scotch-Irish. My mother's father came on the boat from Poland. My mother's mother was Welsh. My father's mother came on the boat from Hungary. And my father's father (scotch-irish surname) was from Kentucky...I know, but that's ALL i know of his family. What would be the types of food that I should have in my diet? What do these four people tell me about the kind of food I should be eating? Does the fact I am a basic WASP-y mean that sushi should NOT be a main-stay in my diet? Help! (Please) Mrs D.
