Raw Halvah * * 1 1/2 cup raw almonds 1/2 cup raw tahini 3 T raw honey 1 T vanilla 1 T raw carob/cocoa powder Ground almonds in food processor then add other ingredients -- except cocoa. Take half mixture out and press into pan. Place cocoa in rest and process. Press chocolate mixture over halvah. Place in freezer 1h. Cut into little squares. Makes 20-25 pieces.
