Guest guest
Dear Lydia, My heart goes out to you! I hadn’t heard from you for a while, I was concerned. I know you will do what is best. Do you feel well overall? in Chicago [ ] Pregnancy update Hello everybody, What an emotional day. Today I went to Denver for an ultra sound. They wanted to see how far along I was. I am 4 months. I got to see the baby and the Doc. said he looked perfectly normal. Its a boy. Ahhhhhh He was the Chief of OB and that makes two main Doctors that have told me that the chanches of me becoming pregnant are as likely as winning the lottery. It just doesnt happen. With having end stage cirrhosis, he said that I couldnt be all that sick, so this really has me confused. On Tuesday, the Doctors and I will discuss the problems that can occur if I have it or if I have to terminate it. Bleeding to death is a main factor in all this. My boyfriend and I are really confused, hes worried about my health and we both ask " do we really want to go through all this again " both are kids are grown, and seeing this little perfect baby boy growing inside me, my heart goes out to him, so ...... Tuesday, I will weigh the risks and make a decision. Wish us luck, and thanks for hearing me out. Lydia (Colo) end stage
Guest guest
Lydia, You have some tough decisions in the future. Listen to your doctors try to make the best decision possible for you. This is I'm sure one of the most difficult decisions you will ever have to make. Good luck and my prayers are with you.

Guest guest
Hi , I live in Denver. Are you going to University Hospital? I had my transplant there in June of 1999. I am sorry that you join our ranks of illness, but it can be livable. I wish the best to you and if you have questions email me anytime. gayle/trans.6-99 galye@... @` \I/

Guest guest
geez Jo, if only I had known I would have you fly to KY and get a hug for pregnancy. That simple, according to some. My stepdaughter said she is never hugging me again. She had number 2 today and number one is only 23 months! Donna ************************************** AOL now offers free email to everyone. Guest guest
hi Donna, sorry to be so late in sending my congratulations on your new grandbaby! Aren't they wonderful? My youngest is turning one on Thursday. I am thrilled to read of your progress and success beating the cancer. Your positive outlook surely helped. Am thinking of your Mom and hope that they find resolution quickly; for afribulation, would that require meds, or a pacemaker, or do you know? I will be praying for her and hope the drs get things corrected quickly. (mom to , 16) ajaoky@... wrote: .. --------------------------------- Bored stiff? Loosen up... Guest guest
I started having symptoms which led me to believe my prostaglandin E2 levels were rising about a week ago. I had issues with too much PGE2 pre-NT, so I was expecting it to feel similar. It does! For the last 4 days I've been nesting heavily, further compounding my suspicions. I managed to clean the whole kitchen before Doug found me and made me relax. I swore I started dilating starting around when the nesting did, tried to check myself and thought I was about 1 cm but this is my first so I am really cluless as to measure dilation. I got confirmation of that today from the midwife: 1-2 cm, 50% effaced. No noticeable contractions though (well, except for a single one two nights ago), so I don't think I classify as " in labor " yet. It could take weeks to dilate more (and hopefully will since pretty much everyone I've seen has put me due on 7-15 except one that said 7-9), but I figured I'd send in an update to let y'all know. -Lana, at 34 weeks 6 days. -- " There is nothing more useful than sun and salt. Very exciting Lana! Wishing you a successful birth, -- " How do they become one flesh? It is mingled with her own substance and she then returns it as a child! " St. Chrysostom
