Guest guest Posted January 27, 2008 Report Share Posted January 27, 2008 i am finding that i digest fats well for a while and then i don't. it's very frustrating. i have been working on an NT/TF diet for over 2 years and keep thinking i am doing great and then something else comes up. i have had digestive issues my whole life, but once i started this way of eating they seemed to go away and i have recently cut out all grains. although i have been pretty stressed this week; maybe that's why? i started taking swedish bitters this week b/c i felt like i was having trouble with fat, mostly by stool comparison. it seems i am getting constipated despite the addition of more fats. any ideas of what i should do? is it normal to go through this digestive roller coaster so often, or at all? maybe i should be taking enzymes or a probiotic supplement (in addition to fermented foods/drinks)? amanda Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
