Suggestions to help me recover from my bad sushi experience.

For the last couple of days I have had really bad digestion. I really

believe the culprit is sushi that I got at whole foods. I eat it as an

alternative to eating any of their prepared foods when I am just sick

of cooking for myself, and I normally get the california roll since it

is cooked but for some reason I was craving raw tuna that day.

I plan on making some kefir but I was wondering if I should take some

charcoal or if someone has a tried and true anti-bacterial,

anti-parasitic formula they have enjoyed and would like to recommend.

I was thinking of Dr. Schulze intestinal cleanse number 2..
