,

It is going fantastically. Thanks for asking! I'm due July 15th - 33 weeks

along today. My measurements have been exactly where they're expected to be

and I've felt quite wonderful the last few months. I am just starting to

get to the point where I have to pee all the time, which is interrupting my

sleep a bit but not nearly as badly as I had expected. moves

around quite a bit - usually tumbling, kicking, etc but she's had a few

bouts of hiccups (which get increasingly more annoying the longer they

last). I can't help but to talk to my belly now and wonder what she's going

to look like. :) I've got quite the collection of cloth diapers started

(predominantly second hand wool for covers) and I've got to get to

prewashing the new unbleached prefolds to get them all fluffy and soft. I'm

trying not to be impatient - I certainly don't mind being pregnant - but I

really would like to meet her!

Apparently, the hiccup reflex helps prepare the lungs and is caused by the

baby " breathing " the amniotic fluid. At least that's what my midwife told

me. I've met several mothers who recall the repetitive motion of hiccups -

it is the only regular movement I've felt (everything else is pretty

random). I think the irksome thing about it is that her whole body moves

with the hiccup: her head hits the top of my womb, and then her bottom hits

the bottom... over and over and over.

Awwwww, I hope Sam has that much hair! My Mom tells me she taped bows to my

head because my hair took so long to grow... (That's what I get for having

a hairdresser for a mother) :)
