Hi all,

We've discussed manganese before... and recently found that coconut

water is one of the better low calorie sources.

Well, I just wanted to add I found an even better one: Raspberry Leaf Tea.

0.6mg/30% RDV per 8 oz cup, 0 calories. I only just started drinking it

last week (at the recommendation of my midwife), but I'm very impressed with

its taste. It tastes almost exactly like plain black tea... which brings

me to a question: has anyone tried to make kombucha with raspberry leaf tea?

Oh okay, I guess you answered my question from another post.
