I never thought I'd see the day that I'd be reading Bon Appetit magazine (which I love) and come across an article on fats by Nina Planck that mentions raw milk in the first sentence and Enig,?butter and coconut oil in a positive light within! Natural saturated fats have finally been de-demonized in a mainstream food magazine! It's their " green issue " and also has a small?article about meats, particularly the importance of grass-fed bison and beef. I'm thinking of making copies of the fats article?to hand out to family and friends who need mainstream reassurance!
