Hi and everyone,

I am wading through the wealth of information with the pregnancy

article you just wrote. I have to go over it a few times to let it all

soak in. I forget info EASILY.

Anyway its a great article.

But I have some questions about whether it is wise to get tested for

Vit D levels first before starting the CLO in high doses.

I went to Mercola which I like his info and am confused because he is

high on Carlson CLO but says he doesn't take it anymore becuase of

toxicity he experienced and then says if you do start taking it you

should monitor your levels first and then after that.

Now CONFUSED!

So would you suggest those of us pregnant mamas to be tested for

levels first before started such high doses?

Personally I take Carlson brand which comes no wear near the doseages

of vit a and d as the high vitamin clo but I am not sure what to take

to be honest.

I take about 1 3/4 tsp of carlson.

I was going to order the Dr rons CLO but its just too expensive.

And who in the world can afford the Xfactor butter oil. SHEESH.

I think I will have to stick wtih butter. I can't find raw around here

so its organic pastuerized I guess.

Thanks for writing such informative articles. I really appreciate it.

You really helped me once before when we thought my daughter had

Gluten intolerance.

Blessings and thanks for all your hard earned work and study.

We rely on people like you to spoon feed us people who aren't the

studious type.
