I admit I'm a bit confused. I can see the Politics tag with discussion

of candidates and stuff, but on Raw Milk and Cloned Food? People may

ignore these messages if they are tagged Political and the Raw milk

thing came from Weston Price. How do I know where to apply the tag?

The POLITICS tag has nothing to do with how on-topic or off-topic the

discussion is. Ideally, most of the discussion stays relatively

on-topic except for tangents sometimes. Discussing a candidate's

stance on raw milk is not any less on-topic than discussing a piece of

legislation regarding raw milk. Folks will just need to look at the

subject line and use some discretion if they are interested in some

political posts and not others. Everyone has a right to ignore the

posts they wish to ignore.
