Find someone who has one, and try it out. Ask some dealers if they

know anyone in your area who owns one, or call a couple of

chiropractors to see if they'll let you try one out, if they have one.

Some people swear by them. It depends on the person.

Personally, my using one has stopped me from having to go to the

chiropractor except on a rare occasion when I sleep wrong. I used to have

to go at least once a week for sciatica.

Inversion Tables are contraindicated for certain people. I would do well on

one. My husband has spondylothesis. An IT would cause more damage for him. We

would not have found this out, except for a chiropractor friend warning us.
