What is your aversion to glycerin?

flouride and glycerin free toothpaste

Wondered if anyone knows of any good flouride and glycerin free

toothpaste besides toothsoap, as it is too expensive for my budget..??

I've been told to use Dr. Bronnors liquid soap but it contains

glycerin...

Thank you in advance!

glycerine in toothpaste coats the teeth preventing re-enamilization.

It also interferes with the salivary functions of calcium assimilation

within the teeth.

I searched for ages and never found anything (this was about a year

ago). Now I just brush with nothing and it works better than when I

used to use toothpaste - but then again, I do have a fancy electric

toothbrush.

Several people suggested making a mixture of baking soda and peroxide,

but I never got around to trying it. I did brush with powdered salt

for a while, and that was nice but not noticeably better than brushing

with nothing.

There are a number of brands I've seen on various lists. Unfortunately none

are coming to mind. Do a google search or search onibasu for tooth soap or

glycerin and toothpaste. Many people have recommended various brands.

You can use plain sea salt mixed with water (distilled or otherwise

unfluoridated water is best).

You can use baking soda and/or hydrogen peroxide (food grade or H202 diluted

to 3% is best -- the drug store variety of hydrogen peroxide has additives).

I use Tooth Soap every day and use the baking soda and/or H202 once or twice

a week for extra cleaning. (I think it's too harsh for every day). I

actually don't think the Tooth Soap is very expensive since 1 jar of soap

shreds lasts forever. I bought a jar back in October and I still haven't

made a dent in it.

You should check into Miessence. It is $8/tube, but that should last

someone about 6 months. The main ingredients are organic aloe vera

juice, water and sodium bicarb. There is absolutely nothing artificial

in it and comes in various flavors. Check out www.vjcorganics.com

I've been using it about a month and it's making a big difference. My

teeth are whiter, and most of all they are losing their sensitivity.

I've started trying to replace products with stuff like this one by

one, and from the few Miessence products I've tried, it's worth it.

I'm not affiliated with the company at all, just a very satisfied

customer.

I use this toothpaste (below) and love it. I don't buy it from this

website, I am just using it to show you the brand. I tried a brand called

Vicco but my teeth turned brown. With Auromere my teeth are pretty white.
