By the way, I meant to type SNOT, not SHOT. I think the concept was so

over-the-top putrid as I'm far too visual, that I wasn't able to type it

correctly. LOL.

I've never tried Pu-erh kombucha, but I have had the tea on its own.

They're probably talking about the fermented type (called " ripened " or

shou), not the green version. I'd suggest trying the tea plain before

making a large batch of kombucha, as it doesn't really taste like normal

tea.

Another thing to keep in mind is that this is a mold ferment utilizing

Aspergillus and Penicillum so if you are sensitive to either you should

probably avoid it.

Quite a description, but if you use enough water it doesn't do it, it is very

good, sooths the colon immediately (i mean immediately)
