Fats & Cholesterol..

Recently I noticed 2 family members. Both are health consious eaters..

traditional foods.. Recently they added coconut oil to their diet.. The

wife's Cholesterol is in the 'normal' range(ie 175 ish), while the

husbands went into 350 range in 3 months.. (he had a 188 Cholesterol

score 3 months ago). They were taking 4 tablespoons a day, and also

using it for cooking. (the coco oil replaced the olive oil)..

Why could this be? terribly curious..
