I am so happy someone of your stature in this field and your organisation that

has provided so much succour to the afflicted and affected has taken this stand

and stated issues so clearly.

It reconfirms the concept that NGOs are the vanguard of good governance and the

intelligence and output they provide can never be discounted.

This being one of the essentials of military strategy, if nothing else.
