Mercola's Cocoa Cassava bars

I think the Cocoa-Cassava bars are just fine. I think they taste really good,

but they are made with Xylitol, however, which can cause problems for some, but

it's not one of the first ingredients. They also have soy lecithin, which could

also cause mineral blockage. As far as texture, they can be a bit tough --

similar to the old Power Bars, but not quite that hard. Also the chia seeds LOVE

to get stuck in ALL of your teeth after you've eaten one!

I say go ahead and buy some now while they're on sale for such a good deal.

Chances are you'll like 'em, and if not, you didn't totally blow the bank.
