Guest guest
Tawnia, I had right hip pain off and on for years. Just before the onset of my vulvodynia last March, my hip pain became constantly " on. " I always wondered if there was a connection, and when I was finally diagnosed and treated by my doctor and PT, I found out that my hunch was right. So yes, hip pain *can* be associated with vulvodynia. It doesn't necessarily mean yours definitely is, but it's something worth checking out. Suzy P.S. My hip looks perfectly normal on an MRI. I just had another MRI last November, same result. --- Kathy wrote: > Tawnia, I was on a great web site today, the NVA and > read that vulvodynia can be caused by pelvic floor > descent; prolapse of the pelvic floor with > stretching > of the pudental nerve through Alcocks canal where > the > pudental nerve runs near the hip bone.
