Fw: [KetoCafe] Virus alert!!!

IVe been absent these last couple days cuz weve been

having computer problems. Someone on the ketogenic

list sent me a worm Virus. Hopefully Yahoo will catch

it (squish did). But it went out on all the mail I had in my

inbox....so everyone should check their virus protection.

When I went to Norton and did an update... it caught it,

quarantined it, and I hope im ok now.
