Guest guest
We only use the organic teas sold by Frontier, since we can get them in bulk for a very reasonable price and they are harvested from remoter areas that still use natural irrigation, have relatively unpolluted soil, etc... from what I have been able to gather. The amount of flouride in the leaves depends on how much is in the soil/water that they are exposed to, and like many things in modern life, we just try to do the best we can given all the damage others have done to the world around us. I also don't know of any specific measurements so I will give Frontier a call and see if they have ever tested their teas. > > I hope to have it up on our website in the next week or so > > http://www.wholelifeco-op.com > > I am working on an article involving traditional K brewing, > > benefits, flavoring, and perhaps how to do it as a cottage industry > > in local cities > > , I'm curious if you have researched the potential problems with > fluoride in the tea used for kombucha.
