Presented by

Lynn Parr, RN & Professional Health and Wellness Coach loves to share her

passion for prevention and healing.

Her level of knowledge and enthusiasm inspires and empowers individuals to

HAVE FUN.. And make better food choices step-by-step for themselves and

their families. She abolishes the idea that you have to eat foods with a

high " YUK " factor in order to be healthy! These foods are delicious, healing

- AND fit in with our fast-paced lifestyles.

Our Presentation will

Address the rise in child obesity, learning disabilities, behavior problems

and chronic diseases such as asthma, allergies and diabetes.

Educate parents on the serious nutritional risks of today's standard

American diet, and restores to the diet of nutrient-dense foods that are

crucial to the health of our children.

Present research illustrating how foods widely assumed to be nutritional are

themselves heavily processed and stripped of nutritional value.

Demonstrate that many traditional foods now considered unhealthy are, in

fact, vital to the growth and intellectual development of our children.

Helps parent to see with compelling photographs the facts behind the spin,

so that the decisions they make about the food they buy is not determined by

commercials, labels or lobby groups, but rather by timeless dietary wisdom.
