Guest guest
A recent article published by the Wake Forest Baptist University Medical Center revealed that farm-raised Tilapia, which has become one of the most popular fish consumed by Americans because of its low price, is high in omega-6 and low in omega-3 fatty acids. Tilapia is easily farmed using inexpensive corn-based feeds (which are likely GMO), which contain short chain omega-6s that the fish very efficiently convert to AA and place in their tissues.
