Basically foods with flour are suspect plus anything that contains any part of the grains from wheat, oats, rye, barley or their cousins (like Spelt). Here are some sources for gluten free foods. Fresh fruit and vegetables and fish and meat and nuts, almond milk, and water are the safest.
