When I harvest the next batch of KT (probably next Wed or Thur) I'll have about 8 more starter cultures. The large cultures I've got going now are quite amazing. They are over 2 " thick so I've got to separate them out and find homes for them. By the way, I found out there are easily-available replacement lids for GT Dave bottles. You can reuse vitamin pill caps, reuse gallon jug caps or get them at any home-brewing supply company. (I'm still accepting bottle donations) I just found a huge brewing supply place over in St Louis Park between highway 7 and Excelsior on the industrial street just this side of highway 100 (it's by the Fed ex, the post office and on the way to AARCEE rental).
