Any early reports of progress? Unfortunately I don't have access to a scale at the moment so I'm not sure how much weight I've lost, but my calipers show bodyfat going down one increment, which is somewhere around two percentage points or a little more than that. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take a waist/ab circumference measurement. I suspect the calipers, measuring subcutaneous fat, might somewhat underestimate the fat loss on a low-carb exercise-rich regimen, which should burn a higher proportion of visceral fat than other plans. I have been counting calories for about a week. Before that, I had been traveling and not eating well, and had gained five pounds. I lost those five pounds and am back to what I consider my regular weight. I also have the calipers and I haven't noticed any fat loss. I eat under Colpo's guidelines some days and over other days. I assume this is healthy.
