Guest guest
Dan Our church has, at any time, as many as 20 pregnant ladies or more... at one point around 6 or more of them were waking up each morning and first thing taking an ounce or a few ounces of chopped up raw liver to stave off morning sickness... ironically (from a modern standpoint), it worked wonderfully for all six (wonderfully meaning that their morning sickness was greatly reduced or eliminated, though some still felt nauseous at times, none had the projectile vomiting that had characterized earlier pregnancies or earlier in that pregnancy). Furthermore, most of these ladies, unfortunately, were still eating a very poor diet... so it worked in spite of the deck being stacked against them. > > > > I've seen the WAP food guidelines for pregnant and nursing mothers > and > > I follow many of them. Guest guest
I had a small amount of morning sickness with my first pg. Almost none with my second (WAP) pregnancy. I ate raw frozen liver whenever I could, and Floradix with protein and fat when I couldn't. It worked for me, but I was eating well.
