Chemotherapy and Food Retention problem

Hello all,

I have a friend who has breast cancer and decided to start chemotherapy

yesterday. Apparently, she is doing relatively well after the first

therapy, but has severe diarrhea and cannot retain any of the food she

eats. She has had IBS before.

Any idea on what she can do in parallel with chemotherapy to help her

digestive system?
