Guest guest
you are very right Patty, you are well on your way to health. Katy I was tested last June, just after I went on grain free/sugar free natural diet. I refused to go on drugs even though she prescribed them and mailed them to me anyway (VA) The labs were repeated this month. Total Cholesterol dropped from near 300 to around 150. HDL went from 30 to 51. LDL is still high at about 100, BUT, after all the discussion about fewer " fluffy " large particles that don't oxidize, vs lots of small particles that do, I figure I'm fine even though VA won't do that particular test. The only fats I eat are coconut oil, butter and once in a while olive oil. I eat nothing processed, so, if you are really eating happy, your numbers should be just fine. Also, remember, cholesterol is NOT the demon it's made out to be, all of this was based on fraudulent reporting of research. Whether or not you get tested is your choice, but if you are eating right, there's probably not a problem. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No virus found in this incoming message.
